The Black Partnership was formed in 2011 by three of Scotland’s leading property professionals with over 60 years of combined experience in property surveying, sales, marketing and investment.

Our property consultancy division (The Black Partnership Ltd) works with large land funds, venture capital investors, house builders and agents to provide advice on the disposal and acquisition of land and property for residential or commercial purposes.

Our consultancy service is complimented by our surveying division. Operating as an LLP our surveying business has a wealth of expertise in landlord and tenant matters for clients large and small – multi-nationals to sole traders.
